Pueblo East Tournament

Christopher had some very tough matches today. He won 2 with pins and lost 2 by points decision. Overall he should be very proud of himself since these were extremely hard-fought matches. This brings him to 7:2 for the season so far.

FFC vs. Rampart

The Trojans are off to a great start with a 49:18 win in their first Dual-meet of the season. Christopher won his match with a pin (his opponent is ranked 8th in the state)! Go Chris!!!

Rocky Ford Varsity Dual Tournament

Christopher had a great tournament; by winning all 4 of his matches he received a special "undefeated" trophy. Since this was a Dual tournament he didn't wrestle for individual placing, but for team placing. FFCHS placed 6th out of 12 schools. Unfortunately, Christopher hurt his knee again during the last match. Hopefully, he'll be back to wrestle on Wednesday evening.

Incline

Just got this picture from Coach James. The Wrestling team and a few Basketball players were climbing the "Incline" during Thanksgiving break.

Playoffs: FFCHS vs. Ralston Valley

The Trojans were able to come away with a win in the first round of the playoffs (23:21). Next week we'll travel to play against Wheat Ridge in the quarterfinals. Go Trojans!

Shanice and Asia are "managing" (ha, ha) the Boys 8th grade basketball team. ;-)

Corinthians Red @ Colorado United

Our team traveled to Littleton for the last game of the season. The game ended with a 0:0 tie. The record for the season is 6-2-2 and the girls will be moving up to a higher division (Challenge 1). Go Eagles!

Halloween

FFCHS vs. Air Academy on Halloween

This was the last game of the regular season and the Trojans are on the way to the play-offs with a 41:7 win!

"Halloween Bash" Tournament

Shanice participated in her first games with the Diablas this Saturday and Sunday in Littleton (Columbine Park). She played 3rd base and right outfield. This was a busy weekend... soccer and softball. Shancie had a great time though and really enjoyed getting to know the girls on her new softball team. She was also excited about spending the night at the "Hilton Garden Inn" (it was like a mini-vacation) :-).
